The Taes side table is conceived as a quiet architectural gesture—its silhouette referencing the sloped plinths that once elevated temples, pyramids, and civic monuments. These platforms were not ornament, but structure: elemental forms that anchored buildings and conferred presence. Taes distills that lineage into a sculptural object of deliberate proportion and mass.

Designed by Aad Bos and crafted in the Netherlands, each piece is produced in solid European oak or American walnut, selected for its depth of grain and material integrity. The table is made to order with a lead time of 7–8 weeks and may be customized in size, finish, and configuration, allowing each work to respond precisely to its intended space.
