The Trigon chair is constructed from five pentahedral volumes—precise, five-faced triangular forms assembled into a composition of structural clarity. It is a study in geometry reduced to its essence, paying homage to the triangle: one of humanity’s earliest formal discoveries, present in architecture and craft for over five millennia. In Trigon, that primordial shape becomes both structure and expression, tension and balance held in quiet equilibrium.
Designed by Aad Bos and crafted in the Netherlands, each chair is produced in solid European oak or American walnut, emphasizing material depth and exacting joinery. An optional seat cushion may be upholstered in a curated leather selection or specified in the client’s own material (COM). Every piece is made to order with a production time of 7–8 weeks and may be tailored in proportion, finish, and configuration to suit its architectural context.
