The Union Stool is a minimalist stool created by Copenhagen-based design house FRAMA, part of the broader Union Series of seating and surfaces. Designed by Michael Antrobus in 2025, the collection takes a pared-down approach that finds utility and comfort in restraint, carrying an aura of calm across every piece. The stool pairs a hand-brushed and waxed aluminum frame in Sandstone with natural linen upholstery, a material that relaxes gently over time to settle into its own form. Lightweight and built to be disassembled, it moves easily between settings and stows away in interiors with limited space, working equally well as a standalone seat or as an ottoman alongside the Union Easy Chair. The linen fabric is suited to indoor use only.
